5.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

5.2 Deposit Processing Times

• Raast transfers are generally processed within minutes of authorisation.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, MCB Bank) may take up to one business day depending on the originating institution.

5.3 Own Funds Only

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ks777 Account are your own and are not derived from any illegal activity, money laundering, or criminal enterprise. ks777 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, subject to the limits and processing times of that method. ks777 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before releasing any withdrawal.

6.2 Pending Bonus Wagering

8 Gameplay Rules

Each game category on the ks777 Platform — including Galactic Gems, Dream Catcher, Cockfighting, Jackpot Slots, and sports betting markets such as the HBL Pakistan Super League and cricket internationals — is governed by specific game rules published within each game or betting market interface. These game-specific rules supplement and are subordinate to these Terms & Conditions.

8.1 Bet Finality

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ks777 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. ks777 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or pricing error on the part of ks777.

8.2 Disconnection Policy

If a Player experiences a disconnection during an active game round, ks777's system will complete the game round based on the state of play at the time of disconnection, in accordance with the applicable game's rules. ks777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's end.

8.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game integrity, ks777 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids play and pays.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ks777 Platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or participating in any scheme to influence the outcome of a sporting event or game.
• Using fraudulent payment credentials or stolen financial instruments to fund your Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal activity through the Platform.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

ks777 employs advanced fraud detection systems and works with third-party risk management providers to identify and respond to prohibited conduct. Breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

ks777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's bank or payment provider.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that compel ks777 to restrict access.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any real-money balance (excluding active Bonuses) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the ks777 support team. Self-exclusion and cooling-off options are also available as alternatives to permanent closure — see Section 11 for details.

13 Limitation of Liability

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence is not permitted, the above limitations shall not apply to such claims.
